Leadership Thoughts

Leaders and leadership teams need to take time away each month or if needed more often to sit still with a pad and pen or laptop and give some thought to what is happening on their team, in their business, in the organization they are serving or in the church they are leading. Think about the purpose of the organization and the values the organization is to be fleshing out and then think through the following in order to help in the evaluation process.
1. Assess what is happening
2. Affirm what is good
3. Adjust what needs to change
