Meet The Community Day. Hand out flyers/door hangers that promote Candlelight Christmas Eve Service in the subdivisions around Lee Memorial. A goal of 3,000 given out.

OPEN HOUSE
The Sunrise Community Church Ministry Leadership Team members and some of the members of the Sunrise Financial Ministry Team have been communicating with the key leaders of Lee Memorial Baptist Church for almost two months about Sunrise and Lee Memorial developing a ministry partnership and Sunrise using a large part of the facility of Lee Memorial on Sunday mornings and during the weekday for office space and other ministry needs and opportunities. After much prayer, discussion and planning it has been decided to move in the direction of forming a partnership and have Sunrise begin using the Lee Memorial facilities in late December. The Open House is scheduled for all involved with Sunrise to come and tour the property, meet the people of Lee Memorial, hear briefly how this all started in July and then become involved in making the move from meeting at Jolliff Middle School on Sunday mornings to meeting at Lee Memorial on Sunday mornings and using the facilities for office space and other ministry opportunities.10:00 AM Building open for tour and people meeting
