This past Sunday we moved forward into a new series with and interesting title, "Proseucomai". This is one of the New Testament Greek words for prayer. claiming our dependence on God.
lifting up our souls to God.

the study and understanding of God's will.
a sign of spiritual life.

Prayer is the most perfect and the most divine action that which a rational soul is capable of.
Prayer is an offering up of our desires unto God for things agreeable to His will, in the name of Christ, with confession of our sins and thankful acknowledgment of His mercies.
